• K called everyone and told them to meet at the Cubby to talk
• K told Peanut, Ramee & Zaceed about his plan to plant a murder weapon on H and shooting him down during the fight
• K went to Ellie's Barrio house and grabbed the Revolver and FNX he got from H
• K drove back to the Cubby and sorted out who would be in the 5 to defend the Factory

• The boys noticed Air-1 and 4 SWAT armored trucks moving towards the Factory
• Zaceed opened fire on Air-1 and 25+ officers came out of the vehicles and shot at the boys' heli

• The cops pushed the Factory with the armored trucks and downed Vinny, H, Monkeyman and all of the other crims inside

  • The boys shot at the Buzzard and it flew off

• Meanwhile, K, Ramee and Zaceed flew back to the Factory and the ATC's Buzzard showed up again
• They followed the Buzzard to the Sandy Airfield and gunned down the two Buzzard passengers

• Zolo & Hutch were able to lose the cops with their driving skills
• Patar texted K that he needed help on Cayo Perico and that gold and diamonds were at risk
• Hutch, K, Ramee, Zolo & Peanut flew over to Cayo to rescue Patar
• They came up with a plan for Hutch to come out from the sea and try to infiltrate the pirates
• K used his high pitched voice to lure the pirates over and then stabbed them "You'll never take the Cee O'Bonitas" - Pirate
• After many many tries to open the containers, they got 56 gold bars and 36 diamonds
• K hired Patar at Jeweled Dragon
• K, Ramee, Peanut, Zolo and Hutch rolled out to try and find Ghosts or Hooligans lacking
• The boys encountered Ghosts near Mirror Park and a shootout started
• Peanut went down but managed to get one down

• Ramee went to Jeweled Dragon with the boys to appraise and sell gems

• Ramee and the boys pulled up to PDM after Curtis got held up
• It turned out to be the Hooligans, but they let Curtis go once they found out he was Chang Gang

Colt Cassidy's PD Meeting - 05/26/25

• Colt started off by saying while he was planning to retire, he no longer had that choice due to the actions of the PD
• He was tired of the pettiness between officers and superhero-behaviors
• He made it clear the the "Us Vs Them" mentality was over
• The PD is to protect and serve the people as their oath states
• Colt pointed out that while there have been many great hires, there are bad officers who are ruining it for them
• Colt made it clear that any cops who are against the vision of the PD will be fired
• The good officers would get better recognition from the NCOs and Command
• The 'boys club' and cliquey behavior needed to come to an end
• The backstabbing of other officers was no longer tolerated and would be fireable
• Colt made it clear that win-chasing was not tolerated, but neither was rolling over for criminals
• Colt understood that there were officers that believed they were supposed to just 'roll over' for criminals or did it to avoid conflict
• Colt wanted the focus for PD to be to interact with others and be good sportsmen
• This included things like not pitting over speed limits and shooting tires for no reason
• Colt stressed that being an officer meant preserving and protecting life
• Cops should not be acting like gang members, they should act like the shield they wear

Changes coming to PD

• The State Troopers would be fully implemented into the PD
• They would be comprised of the officers who know what they are doing and know how to lead as officers
• The Park Rangers would be comprised of officers looking for a lighter daily experience and would be less involved in investigations and bureaucracy
• PD will be able to print paper warrants for raids and will be able to send an officer to physically lock-down locations prior to raids
• PD will be able to freeze bank accounts and track phones for highly-wanted warrant holders as well
• Colt made it clear that Mr K was the one who came up with the idea after the PD did practically nothing when he escaped from Prison
• CCTV cameras would be implemented in highly-trafficked areas and would record footage when certain events take place
• This includes places like MRPD, LSMC, and banks
• Listening devices and wires would be able to be placed with warrants for investigations
• NCO's and above will be able to use a bonus system to reward officers
• Officers who make mistakes will receive Shots
• Officers will be fined and sanctioned if they violate SOPs

• The SOP's were being reformatted and Colt was writing The Bible, a one-page cheat-sheet for quick reference that would be religiously updated

• CID officers were not permitted to exclude regular officers from investigations, but instead should enable and oversee them

Colt Cassidy's PD Meeting - 05/26/25

• Colt started off by saying while he was planning to retire, he no longer had that choice due to the actions of the PD
• He was tired of the pettiness between officers and superhero-behaviors
• He made it clear the the "Us Vs Them" mentality was over
• The PD is to protect and serve the people as their oath states
• Colt pointed out that while there have been many great hires, there are bad officers who are ruining it for them
• Colt made it clear that any cops who are against the vision of the PD will be fired
• The good officers would get better recognition from the NCOs and Command
• The 'boys club' and cliquey behavior needed to come to an end
• The backstabbing of other officers was no longer tolerated and would be fireable
• Colt made it clear that win-chasing was not tolerated, but neither was rolling over for criminals
• Colt understood that there were officers that believed they were supposed to just 'roll over' for criminals or did it to avoid conflict
• Colt wanted the focus for PD to be to interact with others and be good sportsmen
• This included things like not pitting over speed limits and shooting tires for no reason
• Colt stressed that being an officer meant preserving and protecting life
• Cops should not be acting like gang members, they should act like the shield they wear

Changes coming to PD

• The State Troopers would be fully implemented into the PD
• They will comprised of the officers who know what they are doing and know how to lead as officers
• The Park Rangers would be comprised of officers looking for a lighter daily experience and would be less involved in investigations and bureaucracy
• PD will be able to print paper warrants for raids and will be able to send an officer to physically lock-down locations prior to raids
• PD will be able to freeze bank accounts and track phones for highly-wanted warrant holders as well
• Colt made it clear that Mr K was the one who came up with the idea after the PD did practically nothing when he escaped from Prison
• CCTV cameras would be implemented in highly-trafficked areas and would record footage when certain events take place
• This includes places like MRPD, LSMC, and banks
• Listening devices and wires would be able to be placed with warrants for investigations
• NCO's and above will be able to use a bonus system to reward officers
• Officers who make mistakes will receive Shots
• Officers will be fined and sanctioned if they violate SOPs
• Physical awards for PD will be implemented (as designed by Lane)
• The SOP's were being reformatted and Colt was writing The Bible, a one-page cheat-sheet for quick reference that would be religiously updated
• New procedures for business shut-downs and removals, transports, warrants, exigent circumstance raids, locking down properties, ATC guidelines and CID guidelines were all in the works
• CID officers were not permitted to exclude regular officers from investigations, but instead should enable and oversee them
• Academies and FTO training was being refined
• Academy needed to do a better job of rooting out the officers who do not fit PD, which would help decrease FTO burnout

• Blade and Ricky gave K a switchblade and some med kits

• K found a prisoner who wanted a bribe, so they searched for something to give him
• K found another prisoner in the infirmary who wanted something from the kitchen
• K discovered one of the refrigerators was locked, and needed something to open it
• K began searching the electrical boxes while Ricky and Blade distracted the guards
  • K found that he could open Electrical boxes and started searching them, eventually getting a Handcrafted Lockpick

  • He inserted the tower's code and got a notification that 1 out of 5 towers were disabled
  • K did the same thing for the other four towers mentioned in the note, which disabled the security and K found bomb parts
  • K spoke with the same inmate that gave him the note, K gave him the bomb parts and the inmate crafted a bomb for K
• K asked the boys that were on the outside to get some bikes ready for them to escape the Prison since he had a Bomb ready
  • K planted the bomb on the tunnel boulder and K, Ricky and Blade escaped through the tunnels on the bikes<:Cinema:1276027145847836682>
• The boys all met at a clothing store and changed out of their prison outfits

  • Cops stayed on Ramee, and after many failed spike attempts, K and Suarez got ready for another heli battle
• K and Suarez got into a heli fight with Croc and Carter
• Suarez called mayday after a crazy air battle
• K parachuted out of the heli without the cops knowing and Suarez sent it into the water near the Del Perro Pier
  • Zaceed picked up Suarez without the cops realizing and everyone went VCB

• While at the Hospital, Ratchet pulled up on K with a baseball bat
• K shot him and called the boys in for backup
• K got a call from La Jefa and told him to get ready and bring four people with him
• K, Ramee, Suarez, Zaceed and Vinny got ready to meet with El Cartel
• La Jefa sent the ping to K and they met at North Rockford Drive by the Vinewood Hills' mansions
  • The boys noticed El Padrino's dog , who's named Peanut
  • The Cartel wants to start smuggling things through the tunnels
• El Padrino told K that, next week, he had a task for them
• El Padrino showed the boys a Skorpion and told the boys he wanted to start moving them into the city and needed some help
• El Padrino told K that he heard Ricky Rizz helped K escape from prison and was willing to have a meeting with him
  • El Padrino told K to call Ricky to bring 2 people to meet him

• La Jefa showed the boys a new gun, a "Heavy Pistol"

• K got a call from Carmella and she wanted to have a meeting at The Cubby and talk

• Suarez and K went to do a flyby on the PD with a plane
  • **PD **shot at them as they were flying by and Suarez tried to dodge the bullets by spinning the plane and crashed and blew up on the freeway near Strawberry Gas station
  • Cops saw the crash and attempted to arrest K and Suarez
• Zaceed, Junior and **Vinny **showed up and tried to save them from the cops
• **Junior **saved Suarez and got chased, but K, Vinny and **Zaceed ** were cuffed and detained
• On their way to MRPD, K and Vinny were brought inside the garage and somehow, the cops lost Zaceed

• Ramee linked up with Patar and showed him his business
• Ramee told Patar that he wanted him to be the face behind the business, and that he has to become a clean person and get an expungement
• Patar agreed, but he has to wait 2 weeks to get his expungement
• Ramee told Patar he'd also bring Momo into the business, and that he and Patar could both be the frontmen for it
• Cain Anderson called Ramee and told him that they needed to meet for an investigation he was conducting
• Ramee, Patar and Zaceed met him at the Observatory
• Cain asked Ramee for info about Bustin Cider not doing his job properly
  • Ramee confronted Cain about all the shit he did to fuck CG over
