The Story of Killian Grey: The Finale

Part 15: Revenge vs Justice

Killian called LeAnn to tell her that he was awake in the Prison ICU and wanted a lawyer
LeAnn called Johnson Loong and Cain Anderson to keep them both informed of the situation
Everyone met at the Prison to go over charges and explain that Killian was to remain in custody until his trial
Slick Rick woke up late but was added to the case as part of Killian's defense team with Ellie Fletch and Johnson Loong
Killian's full case included 30 reports, 4 of which were court charges
Killian's other reports totaled to 4750 months and over $50k in fines
Killian's trial date was set for Friday, May 2
Tommy called Killian
Tommy threatened Killian and Killian threatened Tommy back
Jacob woke up to a missed call from Killian, but he was unable to get in contact with him
Tommy and the rest of BBMC decided to make a plan to kill Killian in Prison
Killian called K, and told him that he had been put in ICU in Prison for the past week
Killian told K, that the last group he worked with failed
K told Killian, that if he needed help in the future, he could reach out

BBMC spotted Killian in prison
They noticed the tunnel near the Prison was open and no longer blocked by a boulder
They scouted out the Prison and noticed PD surrounding the building and multiple prisoners on the roof
LeAnn spoke with Tommy, Jacob, and the rest of BBMC on the hill overlooking the Prison
Tommy asked LeAnn, why was PD was protecting Killian
Tommy made it clear that he wanted to do what Killian did to him
LeAnn did not want to be on the protective detail, but she wanted to see Killian brought to justice and die slowly alone in a cell
LeAnn and Jacob told BBMC that they don't have to try and attack tonight, and that Killian's time will come
BBMC left while the PD decided to keep a presence at the Prison for a while
LeAnn made it clear that no matter who was inside the Prison, she would do her duty as an officer and protect those inside
Ellie and Slick Rick ran into Vek (BBMC) in Vespucci
Rick told Vek about Killian's trial date and time, so Vek and BBMC could make their plans to kill Killian
Throughout the evening, Jacob and Tommy heard Killian's voice in their heads, causing them to act extremely paranoid towards the rest of BBMC
The following day, K woke up to a missed text from Killian that said if anything happened to him in Prison, it was BBMC
He also informed K of his court date

Hazel and Ellie discussed the reason for BBMC wanting to kill Killian
Hazel told Ellie that Killian had kidnapped Tommy and tortured BBMC members
Hazel decided she didn't want to tell Killian about what BBMC was planning because she understood why they felt the way they did
Ellie, Slick Rick, and Hazel met Killian at Prison
-# note: Marcus (Hades) was sitting on Killian's lap for this entire conversation
Slick Rick told Killian that his defense was going to be an uphill battle due to the amount of evidence against him
Killian told his legal team that he was pretty sure BBMC was going to try and kill him
Killian told them about his calls to K and Tyrone Biggums and how he would have CG or ESB help him out
Killian and Rick discussed all the holes in PD's testimonies that they could poke at
Rick told them, that the only officers taking the stand would be Tarts and Finch, not Bo or LeAnn
Killian explained why he attacked the people he did:
- Every single one of them had told Killian about a murder they committed and were never charged for
Rick told them, that the focus of the torture charge was actually LeAnn, not the physical torture of Bo

The day of the trial, Killian woke up in Prison
His first call was to Jimmy, who told him to call Tommy and get off his line
Before he could call Tommy, Slick Rick called him and told him that him and Johnson were waiting in visitation
Killian and his legal team met before the trial
Johnson told Killian that they would do their best, but it was not looking good for Killian
Meanwhile in the Billy Warehouse, BBMC discussed their plans
They were curious about what resources Killian had left, if any
The plan: some BBMC members would to go to the case, while others would be ready to kill Killian after
Killian called K and told him that he was getting a transport to the Courthouse
K asked him, if he wanted to show up to the court case and Killian responded by saying they both lived for the chaos
K said that court was adjourned, and they would be ready
Hazel let Killian know that Peanut wanted to kill him because Peanut thought Killian was Hazel's sugar daddy
Killian told Hazel to have Peanut call him
PD arrived at the Prison to pick up Killian
K, Ramee, Vinny, Zolo and Taco planned an ambush on the transport
Ramee spiked the tires of the PD vehicles
Zolo, Taco, and Ramee all went down, Vinny was able to get Taco's body out and K got Ramee out
There were too many cops left to get Zolo and Killian out
Vinny was able to grab Zolo from LSMC and got him out

Part 16: The Trial of Killian Grey

Killian was successfully brought to the Courthouse
BBMC members sat directly behind Killian and gave him dirty looks prior to the trial's start
The charges he was facing were: Principal Drug Trafficking, Principal Terrorism, Principal Torture, Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Principal Kidnapping a Government Official, and Reckless Evading
- Killian entered an initial plea of Not Guilty on all charges
Cain Anderson gave an opening statement for the prosecution and said that the State is seeking Life In Prison with no chance at parole
Slick Rick gave an opening statement for the defense and stated that the story is tainted by questionable actions taken by the individuals involved
Bo Hillinghead was the first witness called to the stand
Bo outlined his initial investigation and involvement
Colt Cassidy suddenly rolled into the Courtroom and disrupted the proceedings
Colt wanted it to be on the record that Killian "has bolognia nipples, no class, and is a murderer"
Jimmy (BBMC) approached Killian and warned him that Hell was waiting for Killian
After the interruptions ended, Bo returned to the stand and continued his testimony and was cross-examined
Jimmy, for some reason, decided to kick Colt out of his wheelchair
Word of Jimmy's actions got back to Tommy who was pissed and told him not to do any more crazy stuff the rest of the case
After lots of debating, Colt was permitted to testify

Tobias Tarts was the second witness called to the stand
Tarts outlined his involvement in the case and the warrants he pushed for Killian
Commissioner ** Colt Cassidy** was the third witness called to the stand
During Colt's testimony, he threw a heavy amount of shade at LeAnn for leaving him alone prior to his abduction
Officer Phoebe Finch was called as the fourth witness
Finch explained her role in building the Master File on Killian
The defense team was very confused about the rationale that led her to be called to testify
Finch brought up Killian's wife, which made him lose his temper
Court took a 10 minute recess
Following recess, both sides presented relevant evidence that was not included in the witness testimonies
Cain and Rick gave their closing statements and the Justices began deliberation
Rick cooked heavily in his closing, pointing out the charges the State was pushing did not meet the burdens discussed in court

Deliberation Waiting Nonsense

While waiting, Killian picked up on the romantic tension between Rick and Arya
Killian gave Arya some relationship advice: "Don't let things end too early"
Killian texted K and thanked him for attempting to break him out earlier and that K should keep causing chaos on his behalf
Paris tried to put down a speaker and play AMN music, but was stopped
Bobby Porter was in full-Joker-mode over Carmella's supposed death which caught Killian's attention
Bobby showed his immunity to tasers
Killian called Robby a "pussy" and said BBMC was the lamest group he could have worked with
Killian kept poking at Robby and BBMC, knowing full-well that Robby couldn't do anything about it
Cain was told that he was reffered to as a "Furry" on the record
Some explosions and shots were heard outside the Courthouse, but nothing happened
LeAnn regretted not taking the stand

The Final Verdict

Principal Torture: Guilty
Principal Terrorism: Not Guilty
Principal Drug Trafficking: Not Guilty
Attempted 1st Degree Murder: Guilty
Reckless Evading: Not Guilty
Principal Kidnapping a Government Official: Guilty

Cain, upon hearing the verdict, submitted a Federal Appeal

While court was still in session, BBMC members, including Jacob and Tommy, broke into Prison
Robby updated Tommy on everything happening at the Courthouse and gave Tommy some ideas on how to push Killian's buttons
Jacob, Tommy, Karl, Jordan, and Grape staged up inside the Prison and waited patiently for news from their companions at the Courthouse
The Courthouse crew relayed the verdict to the Prison group and they prepared for Killian's arrival
Jacob and Tommy agreed that if Killian's transport was attacked, they would go hunt Killian down themselves
Colt shot Killian in the d*ck with a GPS tracker to ensure the transport went well
Killian was put in the car with Colt and LeAnn
Colt sat in the back seat with Killian
The convoy arrived safely at the Prison
PD spread out and made sure the Prison was clear
Bo called out that the cells were clear, which meant they didn't find any of the hidden BBMC members <:oop:991695220402032761>
LeAnn did the honors of officially charging Killian
Bo taunted Killian by bringing his wife up
Killian punched him a few times on his way out
Once the room was clear of PD, BBMC came out of hiding and pulled guns on Killian
Tommy and Killian went at each other verbally
Killian berated Tommy and Jacob for letting their own people get tortured
Tommy and Jacob brought up how Killian did nothing to save his dead wife
Tommy reminded Killian that he was the one in Prison with nothing left and no one on his side
Killian said Jacob was a spineless leader and responsible for BBMC members getting hurt
Killian said he was right where he wanted to be, with everyone knowing that BBMC were failures

Meanwhile, Colt waited for most of PD to leave so he could talk to Killian himself
LeAnn waited with Colt and then they entered the cells together
They saw BBMC inside the cells
Tommy allowed Colt come inside the Prison Cells and showed Colt his scars from being tortured by Killian
Colt tried to talk Tommy down, but Killian kept antagonizing Jacob
LeAnn called for backup
Killian threatened to torture the rest of BBMC once he got out, and Tommy made it clear Killian would never hurt anyone again
Tommy stabbed Killian in the heart
Tommy, Karl, and Jacob were shot down
LeAnn was at a loss at how BBMC got into the cells
Colt was watching the door the whole time and needed her to remember who called the "all clear"
Bo was the one who gave the call of "all clear" in the cells and Colt remembered other officers stating it being clear as well
Colt was convinced that there was a dirty cop and pulled all officers who were part of the initial scene off of attending to the 95s
