He asked K which side he'll be choosing, the Mob or the Cartel
K asked him about Cayo Perico and told them that the Mob took over it

He told K that if CG wants to join the Cartel they have to do them a favor
They have to kidnap someone from the Mob and bring them to the Cartel to send a message

Ramee, K, Vinny and Taco re-upped on supplies and headed to the Merryweather docks where they got picked up in heli by a member of the Mob
He dropped them off at the island where they met another member, Reeco, who helped them start a smuggling mission
They drove back to the docks on a boat with Reeco where K handed over the cocaine brick to a local
He cut the brick open and got 20 cocaine bags
He also got a smuggling case and got a mixing container from it
After snorting coke together they invited Reeco to party with them
They drove around for a bit, then they held him up and put a bag over his head
The boys took Reeco to Sandy and handed him over to the Cartel
Simone gave them the honors to torture him themselves
K facetimed Tony Rico and showed him Reeco getting tortured
K told him that he never forgave him for all the past grudges, and that this was an act of war

K opened a Smuggling Case and got a new Mixing Container
K and the boys kidnapped Reeco and delivered him to the Cartel
The boys hooked Reeco up to a battery and tortured him for info
K Facetimed Tony and showed him their work
K officially declared war and told Tony that they were siding with the Cartel
Vinny stabbed Reeco
The Cartel jefe, Padrino, gave K the Cartel Gang HQ and told them to clear out the current Mob HQ
Padrino also told K and the boys that they are now allies with the Vagos and Hades
The second CG gang meeting of the day was held in the Cubby
K remade the CG organization and placed down the Cartel table

K, Ramee, Vinny, and Taco went back to Cayo Perico to smuggle another brick
K spoke to the local by the growing location and discovered he could buy cocaine-making materials, including seeds, solvent, and plastic
The locals chased them on boats and shot Ramee, Vinny, and Taco down
K was able to recover the brick before he was shot down
K told Richard he should get an expungement and run for mayor
K, Richard, and Cau went to the courthouse and asked a judge about the expungement
The judge informed them that he can't overrule the 60 day timeline for expungement, but K asked if he could reach out to the Chief Justice due to special circumstances
