Due to Colt Cassidy and LeAnn Cassidy-Valentino and other officers being negligent in their SOPs for the death of Killian Grey(failed transport routes, Killian being placed in General Population, not securing the prison, allowing BBMC to be in the prison) ,Colt deputised LeAnn to protect her and for Colt to take the blame.
The Blaine County Sheriff’s Office has officially opened.

No criminal charges were being pressed against Colt or any other officers within either branches of the PD

TLDR

Bobby and Billy Shortbus rolled up on K, Ramee, Hutch, Zolo and Peanut to get back at Hutch & Ramee for stealing their jewelry bags
A drive by shootout started and the boys put them down
K, Ramee, Zolo and Peanut flew to Cayo and placed cameras down

K peed on the PD as a cover
K & Zolo joined Taco, Curtis & Ace on a LSR car mission
The car was reportedly a Grotti Milano and heavily guarded at LSIA
There was a cargobob in a hanger at the Airport guarded by around 10 guards
- Taco, Ace & Curtis all went down in the initial gunfight
K lockpicked the car while Zolo got the boys in the car
As K was driving out, he started getting chased by 2 black cars
Zolo tried to stop the cars, but didn't help too much, so he went to get the boys up at the hospital
As K was being chased by the 2 black cars, PD also started chasing
- K lost everyone and brought the car to Benny's for a repair
- The black cars found K while repairing and began chasing again, K quickly lost them and hid in the South Side
K figured out that the car was likely being tracked since the black cars showed up again, but waited and then made it to the Factory to deliver the car
**Mr K, Ramee, Peanut, Zaceed **and Zolo got a heli at MP from Ricky and while there they ran into Draco, he told them they were scouting Cayo Perico early in the day for other gangs
Draco warned them that Hooligans gangs had a heli in MP and were acting sus <:SUS:1211899807392604160>
The Holligans' heli showed up to MP
The boys opened fire above MP Gas and chased their heli… they VCB'd
CG found their heli and a shootout started, CG landed in old Wu-Chang building and got their heli to drive off
Hooligans dipped
Hooligans dipped, so they repaired the heli and went to find them again
They found the Hooligans at K-Town, landed above them and shot at their heli
The Hooligans took off and managed to get away again
Vinny called K and told him he needed K's big brain
H plans on having a race up in Paleto, K will stalk out the final 2 cars and do whatever it takes to get them
Draco called K and asked him if they were looking for the Hooligans
K told him that they had a shootout before and that they escaped
Draco told K that if he saw them again, he would let him know
While K and the the boys were flying around looking for them, they noticed the Hooligans flying in a heli right above them
A shootout started between both helis in the middle of the air
The boys made Hooligans's heli smoke and they had to do an emergency landing
Both helis started smoking and the boys had to dip
The boys flew to Cayo and rented 2 helis
The boys grab two PD ARs and hunted for Hooligans again
**Draco **pinged **Mr K **with the location of the Hooligans' heli by Power Plant
K, Ramee and Peanut were in a heli and Zolo and Zaceed were mobile
They found them by the prison and chased by the prison and a shootout broke out
Hooligans had to helis and CG chased them down
Hooligans landed in Route 68
CG chased them down Great Ocean Hwy and focused one of the helis
K and the boys chased them back to K-Town
The boys had to emergency land and the shootout resumed
Hooligans had to dip to repair their helis and the boys took the opportunity to go back to LS

Vinny told the boys that the last two cars they needed were finishing a race
The waited for the race to finish and chased the two cars
K and the boys shot their tires out and were able to retrieve both cars
Vinny warned them that there could be resistance, but no one showed up
The boys delivered the two cars to the Factory, completing the list of 16 cars that Vinny needed
The boys went full SBS mode and took the two cars away from the Factory
- Every racing crew started chasing them
- K got one of the cars stuck and one of the racers held up K
- A shootout started between the boys and the racers and the boys wiped the entire racing scene
The boys brought the cars back to the Factory and repaired the cars
- K told Vinny that the resistance came and was more than they expected
Vinny called told the boys they were going to have a group meeting with every racing crew and K told him that it was late and to let them sleep
Monkeyman confronted K about what just happened and told him that he would lockpick anymore helis
K kneeled before him and begged for forgiveness

Vinny told K that for completing the mission, every car would be available in the car dealerships
K suggested to buy one of the cars, have K drive it and have the racing scene chase him and try to retrieve the car

Long Johnson told the boys that Ramee's lawfirm were representing Colt Cassidy in a court case against the **LSPD **
K, Ramee, Hazel, Ellie and Long Johnson went over their plan for K's court case
La Jefa texted K to meet with her, alone, in 10 minutes
The Hobos showed up at the Cubby with a tanker and blew up every car
The boys started chasing them in a moped, but got ran over by Monkeyman, who was being chased by the PD

K met with La Jefa and El Padrino at the Golf Course
El Padrino asked K what he thinks about what happened yesterday
- K stated that they overstepped and fucked with the wrong people
El Padrino told K that he was told that Ramee was scamming people pretending to be the Mob
- El Padrino stated that the Cartel was trying to accomplish things and that now they are now under pressure
- K replied, "The most valuable materials are made under pressure"
El Padrino told K to put the war in pause, to keep growing his cocaine empire and to flood the streets with cocaine
- K stated that if he needs him to flood the streets, maybe he could help by providing solvent
- El Padrino told K that maybe he could do that for him or have a mission for CG
El Padrino told K that he would have something ready for CG tomorrow and to tell Ramee to stop pretending to be the Mob
- K went back to the Cubby, told the boys what happened in the meeting and told Ramee to not worry about it
