K woke up and ran into Peanut, Hazel, Zolo, Suarez, Taco, Ace and Momo at The Cubby
K and **Taco **talked about the Factory raid and he explained that the deposition he made was done after the raid had happened
**Taco **told K that Vinny went on to tell all of the racing scene that he was a "snitch" and Taco was not happy and was thinking about killing racers
**Taco **told K that the court case could be delayed because Cain wanted to do more investigative work… K did not agree
"We are not delaying it.. he should've done a proper investigation" - K
K called **Vinny **and talked about the re-scheduling of the case and how **Cain ** wanted to change the charges for CG
K told Vinny"We ain't working with that bitch and go on with the court case… and if the case wasn't ready, why would they schedule the case?"
They talked about Taco and how **Cain **was playing mind games and trying to get **CG **to fight each other
K agreed that **Taco **shouldn't have mentioned **Vinny **in the Factory deposition but the place was already burnt and the cops knew about the place
K said that he was "Happy all the racers were gone from the City"

K expressed that Vinny wasn't thinking straight, that cops knew about the Factory and were investigating it way before Ramee said anything
Vinny admitted that he overreacted and told the racers about everything regarding Taco and Ramee snitching
K asked Vinny didn't he tell Vinny to sleep on it and focus on the murder case
Vinny stated that he was hot-headed and that he shared all the statements with the racers, including Monekyman, Mute, Code, BS, Max, Paraia, etc
