The Interrogation of Bo Hillinghead - Prodigy RP

• Bo was interrogated following the death of Killian Grey after he was transported back to Bolingbroke following his court case
• Tarts and State Attorney Hale interrogated Bo at Sandy PD
• Bo described how he cleared the prison, including the cell block - he admitted there was one inmate in the cell block who he followed out to the yard and lost eyes on
• He said he radioed that there was an inmate in the yard
• Bo mentioned they "exchanged some words" and that Killian hit him a few times because he brought up Killian's wife
• Hale asked about standard procedure for clearing rooms, Bo said to his knowledge there is no standard procedure, it is officer discretion
• He also said he was looking for someone who could be an active threat and didn't find the inmate to be an active threat
• Tarts asked Bo if he identified the inmate, Bo said no, he looked like a normal inmate
• Bo said he did not check each individual cell in the solitary confinement area
• Tarts asked about Bo going off duty afterwards, Bo mentioned he went off duty and fully expected LeAnn to go off duty soon after him
• MayMay was the one who told Bo that Killian was dead and Bo said he went to bed right after
• Tarts asked if Bo was alone when he cleared the cell block, Bo said he cannot confirm if someone else followed him into the cell block, and that he doesn't know where Brooks went off to after they started clearing
• Tarts said to Hale & LeAnn that it is extremely suspicious that Bo had so many procedural errors when clearing the cell block but he is also aware that this is what Killian wanted all along, to frame Bo as a dirty cop
• Tarts wanted Bo to give up his phone, if not, they will subpoena it to try to find connections to BBMC
• LeAnn told Tarts that when Bo was tortured by Killian, he gave up one of the BBMC members, Jacob Cass, which resulted in Jacob being tortured by Killian
• Tarts & Hale re-entered the room with Bo and questioned why Bo gave up Jacob
• Bo said he gave up Jacob because Jacob was one of the reasons he was being tortured and that he wanted to stop the pain, so he gave false information to Killian
• Bo admitted that he assumed all the solitary confinement cells were locked and didn't clear them properly
• Tarts told Bo he was being looked into because of possible negligence and possible criminal negligence
• Bo told them about how there was a threat against Killian, they put him in solitary and then Colt called to move Killian into Gen Pop
• Bo told them how Killian said he would not survive the night if he was in Gen Pop
• Tarts then asked about any communication between Bo & BBMC in the past 48 hours
  • Bo mentioned he spoke to someone in a mask saying they "Aren't finished with him", referring to Killian, but could not identify them as BBMC
• Bo handed his phone over willingly to Tarts
• Tarts found a text ofBo givingRomano's funeral details to Hobo Jack which he wasn't too happy about, but there was nothing related to BBMC
• Hale asked if he was in any IRC's with BBMC, but Bo said he in none
• Hale asked why Bo didn't properly clear the cells
• Bo said he wasn't aware of the size of the threat on Killian life until this morning and hadn't been involved since he removed himself from the case after bring shot down on the boat by K
• Bo also said that since Killian almost always had a threat on his life, Bo didn't think it was an issue

• Tobias Tarts was the second witness called to the stand
• Tarts outlined his involvement in the case and the warrants he pushed for Killian
• Commissioner ** Colt Cassidy** was the third witness called to the stand
• During Colt's testimony, he threw a heavy amount of shade at LeAnn for leaving him alone prior to his abduction
• Officer Phoebe Finch was called as the fourth witness
• Finch explained her role in building the Master File on Killian
• The defense team was very confused about the rationale that led her to be called to testify
• Finch brought up Killian's wife, which made him lose his temper
• Court took a 10 minute recess
• Following recess, both sides presented relevant evidence that was not included in the witness testimonies
• Cain and Rick gave their closing statements and the Justices began deliberation
• Rick cooked heavily in his closing, pointing out the charges the State was pushing did not meet the burdens discussed in court

• While court was still in session, BBMC members, including Jacob and Tommy, broke into Prison
• Robby updated Tommy on everything happening at the Courthouse and gave Tommy some ideas on how to push Killian's buttons
• Jacob, Tommy, Karl, Jordan, and Grape staged up inside the Prison and waited patiently for news from their companions at the Courthouse
• The Courthouse crew relayed the verdict to the Prison group and they prepared for Killian's arrival
• Jacob and Tommy agreed that if Killian's transport was attacked, they would go hunt Killian down themselves
• Colt shot Killian in the d*ck with a GPS tracker to ensure the transport went well
• Killian was put in the car with Colt and LeAnn
• Colt sat in the back seat with Killian
• The convoy arrived safely at the Prison
• PD spread out and made sure the Prison was clear
• Bo called out that the cells were clear, which meant they didn't find any of the hidden BBMC members <:oop:991695220402032761>
• LeAnn did the honors of officially charging Killian
• Bo taunted Killian by bringing his wife up
• Killian punched him a few times on his way out
• Once the room was clear of PD, BBMC came out of hiding and pulled guns on Killian
• Tommy and Killian went at each other verbally
• Killian berated Tommy and Jacob for letting their own people get tortured
• Tommy and Jacob brought up how Killian did nothing to save his dead wife
• Tommy reminded Killian that he was the one in Prison with nothing left and no one on his side
• Killian said Jacob was a spineless leader and responsible for BBMC members getting hurt
• Killian said he was right where he wanted to be, with everyone knowing that BBMC were failures

• K called Bo to meet and pinged him to the Observatory
• Bo showed up and began to tell him about Killian Grey
• Bo told him that Killian was after him
• Bo got spooked and told K he had a tracker on his car and he had to leave and cut the meeting short
• K wanted to talk more but Bo ran away… Leaving K thinking Bo set him up
• They tried to follow Detective Bo and figure out his plan but the boys lost him

Isabelle Romano Perma

• After the meeting between Rico, Mr K and CG:
• Romano's body was taken near the court house underneath garage
• Tony and co. left a message by her body that read "Where she stabbed me I stabbed her" and 2 silver coins next to her
• Cops found her short after, she had no vitals & she was transported to the hospital by EMS where she was pronounced dead
• Cops had an emergency meeting at MRPD to talk about the incident and that this will be their #1 priority in the near future
• Deputy Chief **LeAnn Cassidy **set up a CID task force to investigate the murder
• K received a call from Detective Bo
• **Bo **told K that **Killian **wanted to kill him because he believes Bo is a dirty cop & wants him dead
• Killian's desire is for Bo to kill him so Bo gets prosecuted and get him fired from PD
• Killian hates dirty cops because a dirty cop killed his wife and he's willing to sacrifice his life to get rid of corruption within PD
• Bo asked for K's help because PD is not willing to help
• K asked what he would get if he were to help Bo and the PD
• K asked for a copy of the reports PD has on him and tell him who was the snitch that was in CG's circle
• **Bo **agreed to compile as much information the PD has on him and turn it over to him
• Bo told K that the "PD are guessing" and that their current investigation on him is dogshit
• K told **Bo **that he will work with him and capture or kill **Killian **
• **Bo ** mentioned that **Killian **is close to **BBMC **and the easiest way to find him was during a weed transport deal that will be going down soon
• **Bo **told K that the weed shipment is located in Buccaneers Way by the Russian docks
• And there is a shipment of weed in Grapeseed Airfield & to look for a Tug Boat
• He warned K that Killian was a dangerous individual
• Mr K is on the case

Part 8: The Therapist Plays her Hand

• After waking up in the ICU, LeAnn and Dante were at odds with each other
• Dante’s first wife died because she met up with bad people alone and was stabbed, which almost happened to LeAnn
• LeAnn rode tandem moto with Lincoln Carter and they had a heart to heart, Carter expressing that she and Dante should really talk to each other
• Carter reminded her that while she may have made a dumb decision, she wasn’t expected to instantly be the perfect Deputy Chief
• Bo woke up, met with LeAnn at the Hospital, and the two shared their stories from the night before
• Hazel met with Killian and they decided to set up Bo
• Hazel called Bo, saying she thought Killian was following her, then hung up quickly
• Killian took Hazel's phone and called Bo, saying he was going to leave her body in a tropical location
• Hazel called Ellie to give her the heads-up that she was not actually in danger in case Bo tried to ask CG for help
• Bo tried to get in contact with Mr. K and Peanut, both of which were asleep
• Bo wanted to go to Cayo Perico, but Cassidy convinced him to clock-on duty and help PD with an extraction
• Killian stabbed Hazel in an old wound to make sure it didn't kill her, and told her he would "See her on the other side"

Part 4: The Effects of Killian's Actions

• Bo sought out Hazel for therapy
• He told her that in the past he has put his badge down to go after criminals and was having the same types of thoughts again
• Hazel played both sides, reminding him that if he feels PD is holding him back there are options but also that he does have people in PD who care about him
• Dante and LeAnn decided to try and make a deal with Killian
• Killian agreed to stop targeting innocent individuals while Dante and LeAnn agreed they would do their jobs as officers to try and stop him instead of targeting his every move
• LeAnn agreed to have a dinner with Killian at the Vineyard
• BBMC was in attendance as waiters and as security, while PD, led by Tarts, staked out the perimeter in case anything happened to LeAnn
• LeAnn learned that she reminds Killian of his dead wife, who was killed because of dirty cops
• PD was spotted, ending the dinner early with everyone leaving peacefully

Part 5: Target Acquired: Bo Hillinghead

• After learning about the dinner, Bo talked to Hazel again, expressing his concerns for his friends and his feelings getting stronger about putting down the badge to target Killian
• After leaving therapy, Bo discovered a bomb was attatched to his car
• LeAnn received a threatening text from Killian, alerting her that something was wrong
• Bo drove his car onto the pier but didn't jump out fast enough, blowing up with his car
• Hank Castle, LeAnn, and Dante quickly arrived after an injured person call and saved Bo
• LeAnn quickly deduced that Killian believed Bo was a dirty cop, like the ones that got his wife killed
• LeAnn warned Bo about Killian's feelings, but Bo put on a brave face and welcomed the action
• Following the murder of Lia Nightshade, Bo began having a close relationship with her close friend Scarlett, AKAGrape
• Bo invited her over to his home, where Dante and LeAnn kept asking if he was going to "make wine"
• Bo and Grape took careful care of the garden gnomes in their backyard
