The San Andreas Investigations Bureau (SIB) is coming
This investigative department will be for civilians who don't want to specifically work for the LSPD
This department will work alongside the LSPD's CID
The State Attorneys Office will be implemented
They will bring forward court charges
They will also bring forward civil actions to benefit the state and its people
Crime Review & Investigative Methods Enforcement (C.R.I.M.E)
This department will pursue warrants on high yield operations
As well as investigate and fine tune information for criminal prosecution
State Commission for Audit and Management (S.C.A.M) & Oversight, Policy & Standards (O.P.S)
Both will investigate government employees and officials misconduct (IA)
They will review and respond to civilian complaints
Ravage is still working on adding more people to the DOJ and hiring more State Attorneys

Prodigy 2.5 - Day 81

Mr K met with everyone at The Cubby to share new knowledge about drugs and guns
Ellie gave K some Limestone Dust
It could potentially be used to produce Cocaine
They crafted multiple Freezers and a Meth Trays and placed them in the HQ
Meth Tray can be managed and placed inside the freezers
Vinny brought Tommy Cruiser to the Cubby
Ramee still held a grudge against Tommy
K, Vinny, Ramee, and Suarez did a Beach Mission
They got bands of cash, embryos, a crate with jewelry, and a Blueprint for a Mixing Container
Ellie called K and told him that the BM cases got a new BP for Drying Room
The boys decided to buy as many BM cases as they could
They crafted the Mixing Container
Mr K sold OTT and crew 5 PD Duty pistols and 1 PD Service Pistol
He paid him $35k
Mr K, Vinny, Suarez and Ellie did a Transport job
They got a BP for Semi advanced gun parts
Vinny asked K, Ellie, and Suarez to help him introduce new people to the Factory
Tony aka Blu brought the group down with bags on their heads and disguised his voice
Vinny gave the newcomers a Stage 3 B upgrade
K disguised himself by fighting with the bench
Mr K called Detective Bo..but he didn't pick up
K called Dante Valentino and LeAnn Cassidy to file a missing person report… they didn't pick up

K, Ellie, Suarez, and Zaceed did a Beach Mission
They got embryos, bands, and 3 Blueprints for Meth Freezers
Mr K and Zaceed were looking for hidden ERP spots in Guatemala

Mr K called up Croc and told him about an underground ERP place
Mr K pinged Croc to a carpark and slid naked Infront of Croc and other cops. Mr K “erp bust this shit”
Ellie, Suarez and Zaceed came as back up and were chased by cops
During the chase Mr K was spiked, Suarez asked Cau on radio to join the chase
Mr K rented a boat at the Vespucci Canals and was chased by Croc
After a long and lengthy chase they all VCB'd
Mr K talked to Commissioner** Colt Cassidy **on the phone
K told him that he did not want to turn himself in anymore.. after that long chase
K told Colt, "Catch me if you can…"
Zaceed shot up MRPD for taking away ERP from him <:MONKA:1326463328171851776>
Mr K, Ellie, Suarez, Cau and Zaceed did a transport job
They looted the Drying Room BP
New Best friend Killian called Mr K
K and Killian glazed themselves to each other
Killian told K about how he shot and likely killed Colt Cassidy
Killian kidnapped **Colt **from the side of the road
**Killian **took **Colt **to the back of the airport hangers and shot him in the head multiple times
K and Killian are enjoying the downfall of the PD as the list of PD members hurt continue to grow
- Romano, Bo, now Colt Cassidy
Killian told K that he doesn't believe Bo is dead
K and Killian laughed about all the chaos they've done the last few weeks
K asked for more goods to continue to terrorize the PD, Killian told him to "keep an eye in the sky"

K went to the hospital and found Colt Cassidy was in the ICU
K streaked through Colt’s ICU room and did the spilts on Colt’s while yelling "ERP WILL NEVER DIE"
