They told him they need him to rob one of the cars on the showcase floor of PDM and for a buy-in of 15K they will provide him with all the tools needed

The fourth Victim of the day was Draco
They told him they have a keycard of a traphouse for 15K
He told them he'll go over it with his gang and call back later

Bobby told Ricky on FT while hiding his identity to send $15k to a bank account and would tell him further instructions at a later time.
