All three were held hostage by Scrap Gang the same group who helped them escape during a jewelry job and shootout yesterday.
The gang uncuffed them and took them to their turf, the Junkyard, where they met a crazy doctor.
Followed by meeting the psychopathic boss of Scrap Gang, who shot at them and told them to run.
The same Scrap Gang members help Ramee sell jewelry loot. The drop-off spot (which changes every tsunami) today it's at a yacht near the pier.

Nawaf who's part of Familia , gives Ramee ONE of his FIVE mansions for 50k, which makes him able to start robbery contracts.
Ramee has to repay Nawaf and move out when he can afford his own house after doing enough contracts.
They went to the Familia Turf and meet the Familia Boss.
The Boss agreed to do a bank job with Ramee, making a deal with him that he gets all the loot of the bank job(~40k) if he completes the hack in one go.
