- BCSO is planning a demolition derby to fundraise money, since the LSPD spent all their money
- Dale Bob asked K if Jeweled Dragon would donate a chain and if K knew of any artists who would want to play
- K asked if they could give him a pass on future tickets if he donated
- K also offered an Evil K-nevil appearance and agreed to donate a chain and provide artists from Wu-Chang
- Back at the Cubby, K demanded Nebula start grinding for him again
- K remembered they stashed a bunch of PD vehicles, so SBSO signed on duty
- At their first traffic stop, PD showed up
- Zaceed knocked out one of the bike cops and made the PD scramble before they all VCB’d
- SBSO made their way up to Sandy
- They arrested some criminal scumbag and dropped him off at the BCSO
- Another criminal scumbag tried to steal their bike, so K shot them down and delivered him to the BCSO
- PD pushed them out of Sandy, so SBSO went up to Paleto
- On the way there, K spiked 2 bikes and one car
- They detained more criminal scumbags in Paleto
- K spiked 2 more cops in Paleto and two more on Great Ocean Highway
- SBSO decided they wanted to sign off duty, so they sent the cars into the ocean
- K, Cau, Zolo & Suarez flew to Cayo to buy solvent

- Back at the Cubby, K was knocked out by secret agents with sleeping gas and kidnapped
- K woke up in a lab with 2 agents who told him that they were from the NIA
- Ollie showed up and said K was talking about elves and dragons, so they wanted to run some tests on him
- They told him that they did experiments on mythical creatures, Ollie told K that they were freaks out there and they wanted to test a liquid on him
- The liquid was injected into K which caused him to throw up on Ollie
- The Dragon had mythical powers in his blood
- They gave K the option to join the Hybrid Society or have his memory wiped forever
- The Hybrid Society goes around and finds other Hybrids
- K asked a question about Lord of the Rings to determine if he would join the Hybrid Society
- They could not answer the question, so K ripped himself from the chains and shot a bunch of tanks to explode everyone
- Zaceed and the boys ran in and saved K
- K went to sleep dreaming about the Dragon
