The Syndicate forces PD to deliver all the data they have on the Syndicate
PD has been investigating incidents that involved the Syndicate
On June 20th, the Syndicate kidnapped Allie Carter, Lincoln Carter's wife
They demanded that in order for Allie to be set free, PD needed to deliver all the data PD has on the Syndicate
On June 21st, 6/10 met with Jacob, Tommy, Waylie, Grape and Jordan, from BBMC, at the BBMC's shed
6/10 gave BBMC a PX-57, told them to gear up, and that they needed to go to LSIA and grab a "package"
6/10 informed them that he had Allie hostage and that the goal of the night, was for Carter to exchange all the data PD had on the Syndicate with Allie
6/10 gave BBMC a few cameras and told them that he wanted someone to be in the shed recording the transaction between PD and the Syndicate
6/10 added that he would share the code of the cameras with the entire city, by posting them on L
They came to an agreement that BBMC would bring Allie to the Kortz Center, one member would be with her for the transaction and the other four would be on roofs
Addionally, Jacob asked Slick Rick to access the cameras and record the whole thing
BBMC drove to LSIA, picked up Allie and brought her to the Kortz Center
Meanwhile, 6/10 called Carter from Allie's phone and informed Carter that he would give him the meeting location
Carter assembled a team consisting of Bayler, Davies, Tarts, Finch, Ray Lee, Wilkes, Bones, Gia Moretti, and Nichols
After a while, 6/10 called Carter, told him to bring the USB with all the data to the Paper Factory and pinged him the location
Carter wanted Allie first, but 6/10 refused and told him that he could trust him because he could never lie
Sheriff LeAnn Cassidy received a call from a number she didn't recognize
The man on the phone told LeAnn he would like to make a statement regarding the death of Isabelle Romano
The man said to bring 'Eggbert' (Croc) off-duty with her
LeAnn met Croc out front of MRPD and convinced him to join her
LeAnn received a countdown and was told to meet at Clinton Gas, which she followed
LeAnn and Croc were cuffed and kidnapped by Obsidian gang members and brought to the tunnel near Cassidy Trail, where lots of people in masks with high-powered weapons were waiting as well as some unmasked members of Bang Bang
The entire way to the meeting, Croc was ranting about wanting to kill LeAnn Cassidy for getting him kidnapped again
Another car pulled up and Assistant Chief Pike joined them, also in cuffs
A man in a white mask stepped forward, who Pike recognized to be Tony 'Rico' Mills, and told LeAnn and Croc how Pike turned "a good man bad"
Tony told Pike that his over-zealousness had always been his undoing and that Pike was more concerned with getting his way than protecting others
Pike believed that he and Tony had buried the hatchet, but Tony was furious that Pike had stabbed him in the back with Romano
Pike was adamant that he just wanted Tony to get the help he needed
Tony said it was like Pike stabbed a knife into his heart, which LeAnn quietly began to link to Romano's death
Tony told LeAnn that she gets people hurt because she is too nice, just like she did with Croc at this meeting
Knowing Croc was angry with LeAnn, Tony ordered Croc to be un-cuffed, gave Croc a Sapphire Gutting Knife, and told him to kill LeAnn
Croc aired his grievances with LeAnn and LeAnn aired her's back
Croc pulled out the knife… then threw it back at Tony
Tony told Croc that he passed the test
Tony went to Pike that what Croc did is what a real cop does, they protect their family even when they fight
Pike asked Tony, "Are you a Rico or are you a Mills?"
Tony brought up the video that was released of Romano's murder and explained that a war was coming and the PD needed to stay out of it
Tony told the officers that they could either look for justice for Romano or let Tony save the city
Croc asked Tony if he was Batman
Tony called forward Ricky and Kiki as his allies in the fight for order and protection
Croc and Pike seemed to be out-of-the-loop on the forces at war, but Tony believed they were playing dumb and didn't give them info
Pike explained that he stopped being part of investigations because of Tony
Tony pulled LeAnn aside and told her that Romano deserved her death, and so would Pike
Tony told Obsidian to take some supplies from a crate and leave as other PD officers began surrounding the meeting
Croc made it clear that his choice was to fight for the law, not Tony and the Mob's supposed vigilantism
Tony told Croc he should arrest Pike for Government Corruption and told LeAnn the same
LeAnn made it clear that any claims would be investigated and Pike said he would comply
LeAnn recognized that Il Sepulto meant "The Buried" and connected it to the grave of Tony Mills
Pike asked Tony to get his grievances out on Pike and let Croc and LeAnn go
Pike and LeAnn started fighting over Pike's history with Tony
Tony insisted Pike's CID was corrupt and made false accusations against Tony
K and the boys took a heli to Cayo Perico, courtesy of the Mob
They talked to a mob member named Reeco, who helped them start a smuggling mission
Local boats appeared and began shooting at the boys and Reeco
They drove the boat with their brick to the Merryweather Docks
They delivered the brick and were given a smuggled brick back
K cut the brick open and received 20 bags of cocaine
K opened a Smuggling Case and got a new Mixing Container
K and the boys kidnapped Reeco and delivered him to the Cartel
The boys hooked Reeco up to a battery and tortured him for info
K Facetimed Tony and showed him their work
K officially declared war and told Tony that they were siding with the Cartel
Vinny stabbed Reeco
The Cartel jefe, Padrino, gave K the Cartel Gang HQ and told them to clear out the current Mob HQ
Padrino also told K and the boys that they are now allies with the Vagos and Hades
The second CG gang meeting of the day was held in the Cubby
K remade the CG organization and placed down the Cartel table
They put down the new Cartel Crafting Table
Everyone broke off to do jobs and regain all the rep they lost
K, Vinny, Ramee, and Taco did a Sea Hunt
Bobby told K that the council voted against giving Bablo the role of Mayor and a new election would be coming soon
AJ told K that he joined the Hooligans gang that resides in K Town
K told AJ that he was proud of him and to make sure he wouldn't be taken advantage of
The boys rolled up to Hades's block and gave Draco the run-down of their new ally-ship
Hades was planning to go after growers on Cayo Perico so the Cartel members could hold down the cocaine market
Ellie told K that Killian is in ICU in Prison but was supposed to be waking up today
Drew donated 8 solvent and K was able to make more cocaine
K, Ramee, Vinny, and Taco went back to Cayo Perico to smuggle another brick
K spoke to the local by the growing location and discovered he could buy cocaine-making materials, including seeds, solvent, and plastic
The locals chased them on boats and shot Ramee, Vinny, and Taco down
K was able to recover the brick before he was shot down
K told Richard he should get an expungement and run for mayor
K, Richard, and Cau went to the courthouse and asked a judge about the expungement
The judge informed them that he can't overrule the 60 day timeline for expungement, but K asked if he could reach out to the Chief Justice due to special circumstances
Asher sent John Hudson, one of the leaders of Hooligans
Ramee called John and asked him to meet at the LS Cubby
John showed up with 3 other Hooligans members and were held up by Ramee, Bobby, Mateo and Junior
Ramee asked them to come clean, but they lied and deflected about the situation
Ramee robbed their phones, went through them and confirmed the information he got from Asher was true
After Ramee confronted them, Randall said "We will be back"
Ramee stabbed all of them and sent a picture of their downed bodies to Tony

They robbed a Tommy Gun and a Green Pill from Paulie

Ramee brought Paris to the Cubby to confront her ex-boyfriend Paulie for going after her family
Suddenly a bomb went off in the middle of the Cubby blowing up every car and Mateo
The boys picked him up and drove away from the area, while getting shot at from Brown Garage
The boys decided to spin back and hunt the remaining Mob members, but they started getting shot from every direction with Tommy Guns and decided to leave
Ramee stored the Tommy Gun and a storm hit the city, forcing everyone to wake back up
Finn came clean and told them that he was going to get one of them but realized that he was way over his head
Ramee went through his phone while Finn told the boys that he was trying to get one of them for the Mob
Ramee facetimed Tony and questioned him about Finn, but Tony denied any involvement
Ramee told him the Cartel was coming after him and the other boys executed Finn on facetime

Ellie called Ramee and told him that the Mob was trying to get BB to set up CG members, basically confirming what happened with Finn

They found a note pinned by a Knife with dried blood pinning a note to the wall quoting "Don't you talk about my Izzy" - Vinny Pistone, 2023
They found Cocaine Seeds on the floor
Mr K locked picked Tony Rico's old vintage car and drove off
Vinny suspected Izzy Romano was kidnapped because of the note left, so the boys set out on Bonita Heist and went to Tina Donovan's death place because they somehow thought she was involved

Sepolto responded to bring Vinny to a pinged location in his boxing outfit
They figured out it likely is Tony Rico and put together that the car they found near the cocaine seeds was the one Rico used to drive

K, Ramee, Vinny, Taco & Ace went to do a sea hunt
Mr K, Ramee, Vinny, Taco & Ace grabbed a heli, gathered supplies and flew to Cayo Perico to test out the Cocaine Seeds
They did not have the right equipment so they went back to pick up more supplies and pick up master farmer Junior Meats
K spoke with Hazel, she's been trying to get information on Bo Hillinghead by giving the PD therapy
Hazel called Mr K and told him they needed to meet up in-person
Hazel told K, Vinny, and Ramee about the therapy sessions, weapons, drugs, and BBMC
K told Hazel that if Killian wants his help, he will gladly help set Bo up
Mr K, Ramee, Vinny, Taco, Ace & Junior went back to Cayo Perico to test out theories and explore the island
Detective Bo Hillinghead called Mr K and talked about Killian Grey, **Hazel **and the PD situation
**Bo **wanted Mr K to help him and PD catch Killian
**Bo **also wanted to pause the cat and mouse game, he had with Mr K after his departure from PD
K told him he would call him in 30 mins and meet up to talk
