The Stalker thought Priscilla and Carmella was the packages and the group on construction suits were hired mercenaries
It turns out Zoomafia were the ones ordered to capture Carmella and Priscilla
Jonavan also mentions that The Hobos are working with DCF and they used to be in The Mob together
They now have a intel group called Parabellum
They are sharing information about The Thread

Gio drives past in a chase saying fuck The Thread
