• They weren't available, so he switched to a backup plan: planting remote spike strips across the city for chases
• Conan searched someone during the shift-change meeting and stole their backpack
• A cop chased Conan but gave up thanks to Conan's athleticism
• Conan set up his remote spikes at White Garage

• It ended in a stalemate and CG couldn't get the package
• Conan chased Taco after he picked up Peanut
• Conan went to refuel and PD lost Taco

• Conan joined a chase on BSK and got 3 95's
• They took an NYPD picture in The MRPD Motorpool
