K brings up how Mateo and Curtis have truces with Hades
Carmella backs him up on this, saying she has evidence of Curtis hanging with Hades during the cartel war
- Mateo says that Curtis has had a ceasefire whenever CG isn't around
- Mateo says it wasn't him and that it was solely Curtis
Dundee butts in, stating that he feels betrayed that CG has been buddy-buddy with Hades
Mateo admits that he sided with Hades due to nobody else being around on the weekend
Carmella brings her evidence, showing Curtis and Boombox shooting with **MSR JOSH 🟥 **
Carmella brings her rebuttal for what Zolo claimed
Richard has the evidence to back up her claims
Carmella brings up how they shot random girls, saying that they were VVS
Richard brings up the timestamps for the events, saying that a lot happened in the time between the warning and the shooting
- This includes the CG boys taking photos of them killing VVS members
Zacceed brings up that Josh was "covering" for Priscilla
- Patar says that Josh and Priscilla had both shot him
- This cements Carmella’s point that it was unfair to target Priscilla and not Josh
Zolo says that VVS tried to stab them before which caused Zolo to go after them

Suarez and Zacceed are brought to the stand by Zolo
Zolo asks them about their meeting
Suarez says that everyone collectively agreed that they'd go after VVS that day
Zacceed brings up that Patar asked to skip the situation
Zolo asks if Carmella had understanding of why they weren't going after Hades
- The boys say yes
Carmella clarifies that not everything needs to be a shootout
- She says that she does want to go after Priscilla, but she doesn't understand why people are pushing VVS
Zacceed says that Hades are hostile, so there can't be any conflict
Carmella asks if it'd be better than waiting for Patar as it's his situation
Mateo speaks up and says that Curtis held up Hades on ESB block
- Everyone disputes this, saying that Curtis only asked for them to wait
Zolo brings up that VVS are "rats", and stabbed CG
He says there's no conversations with them
Carmella gives her closing statement
She calls Zolo out for changing his story
She stands on laughing at Zolo
She says that she hates Hades, but she also hates Priscilla
Richard asks for clarification on what the case is
Zolo's closing statement says that she's undermined her people and is disloyal
He says that this behaviour is repeated
He says she has a long pattern of betrayal
He says that he stands up for her, but she doesn't stand up for CG
All rise, Mr. K and his clerks go to deliberate
Mr. K returns with the verdict
Carmella was told that she didn't have her brothers back
Mr. K ordered Carmella to set up Priscilla
- She also has to attend an anger management class with Zolo
Carmella speaks up that she assumed they had a 5
- Richard defends her, saying that they couldn't have known
