Conan Clarkson of the PD starts his day by assaulting an inmate and then trolls Suarez about the Ranger's new slot machine. He learns of Carmine D'Amico's plans against the Rangers and blackmails him, leading to a hit being placed on Conan. Conan, in response, seeks to hire Hades and ESB to kill Carmine. Later, Mr. K informs Conan that the Rangers' belt buckle blueprint has been stolen. Conan, along with Mr K, Zolo, Peanut, Vinny, and Zaceed, infiltrate Cayo Perico, retrieve the blueprint, and Conan receives the first belt buckle as a reward. Conan responds to a chase with Ricky Rizz, resulting in a shootout with Bang Bang. Mr. K then asks Conan to retrieve the belt buckle blueprint. Conan, Zolo, Peanut, Vinny, and Zaceed travel to Cayo Perico, breach The Villa, eliminate everyone, and retrieve the blueprint. Conan receives the first-ever belt buckle as a reward. Conan responds to a chase with Ricky Rizz and ends up in a shootout at Mirror Park, where the PD gets wiped. Conan attends Bueford's tribunal, which results in Bueford being rehired but demoted to deputy with restrictions. Conan is bullied at MRPD by Gordo. He informs Bear and Berry about the situation with Carmine and Jax Lane's interest in interrogating him. He responds to a shots fired call and gets into a chase with Chang Gang, and the cops go VCB.
