Ellie asks El Padrino for a favor

• On June 23rd, Ellie texted El Padrino asking for a meeting with him
• Later in the day, Ellie met El Padrino at the Cartel house, next to Del Perro Freeway
• She told him that she had a favor to ask and stated that she normally wouldn't ask for favors, but stuff happened
  • She informed him that she quit being a lawyer because she felt like no matter how hard she tried to fix things, PD never took things seriously
  • She stated that the final straw was when Croc had multiple complaints against him and PD chose to promote him to Sergeant instead
• Ellie mentioned that Arya, who was the Council president, got access to a report about the investigation involving Vinny and the Factory, and that the boys had a big mouth and leaked it
  • She added that Arya would most likely get fucked by being charged with government corruption, graft, etc

• Ellie told El Padrino that Arya's term was ending, that Arya wanted to go out with bang and that she wanted to get her get back on PD
• Ellie asked him if he was able to get her a couple of car bombs
• Padrino asked her who they were going to target and Ellie stated Croc, Finch and the State Attorney himself, Cain Anderson
• He warned her that if she got caught with it, she would face month in prison, but Ellie was pretty much aware of that
• He asked her who was going to be involved and Ellie mentioned it would be her, Arya, Novah and Hazel

• Padrino stated that he was intrigued by her proposition, since it involved Croc and Cain and told her that he would need a few days to see if he can smuggle the car bombs from Cayo
• He also stated "If I do this, you will own me a favor. It can be anything. I take favors very very serious. If I were to call you one day and I want you to kill someone for me, I expect a follow up"
• Ellie replied with "Wouldn't be the first time. Listen, the only people I won't touch is my family. Anyone else is fair game"
• Padrino stated that K and CG are very valuable to the Cartel and that he would never go after them, unless they backstab him, which he didn't think it would happen
• Padrino told Ellie that hopefully he can smuggle the bombs to Los Santos, let the girlies create chaos and that hopefully he would get a front row seat to all of it
• Afterwards, Padrino asked her if she had any additional information regarding the Syndicate and informed her that the Syndicate has been cracking down on the Cartel
• Ellie sent him a doc that she made with all the information she gathered on the Council and Factions
• Padrino told her what happened between Hades, Oni and Bang Bang, that there were a wedding coming up and that he planing on working with CG to potentially bomb it
  • He stated that he is planning to blend in with a disguise and a date
  • Ellie let him know that, since CG will be involved, if he needed a +1 that he could count on her
