K woke up and ran into Peanut, Hazel, Zolo, Suarez, Taco, Ace and Momo at The Cubby
K and **Taco **talked about the Factory raid and he explained that the deposition he made was done after the raid had happened
**Taco **told K that Vinny went on to tell all of the racing scene that he was a "snitch" and Taco was not happy and was thinking about killing racers
**Taco **told K that the court case could be delayed because Cain wanted to do more investigative work… K did not agree
- "We are not delaying it.. he should've done a proper investigation" - K
K called **Vinny **and talked about the re-scheduling of the case and how **Cain ** wanted to change the charges for CG
K told Vinny "We ain't working with that bitch and go on with the court case… and if the case wasn't ready, why would they schedule the case?"
They talked about Taco and how **Cain **was playing mind games and trying to get **CG **to fight each other
K agreed that **Taco **shouldn't have mentioned **Vinny **in the Factory deposition but the place was already burnt and the cops knew about the place
K said that he was "Happy all the racers were gone from the City"

Instead, Air-1 started chasing after them, so the boys shot at them

TomTom called K and warned him that the Council was going after criminals owning businesses
TomTom stated that they were looking at Ramee and Patar for Vulture Sea & Air
K thanked him and renamed the Jeweled Dragon's CEO role to Janitor
K and the boys placed cameras inside the Courthouse
K told everyone that there was too much snitching going on and that it was time to stop and fight the charges in court
K read on L that that South Side Records has been view botting their music
**K **went to the Courthouse to see if they could bug the place
K got a call from **El Padrino **and El Padrino told him that he has been away
El Padrino asked for some product and to grab a brick of cocaine and chain for Jon (The Polish guy)

K made a Gold Cuban chain and grabbed a brick of coke
They got the ping to meet with El Padrino and the Polish guy
K and Slick Rick talked on the phone; K told him of the plan to not snitch on the Factions and that they would take care of them afterwards
The plan they had the day prior was no longer happening and that CG did not plan to snitch during the court case
They met up with El Padrino by Vinewood Hills,** K** was gifted an Uzi, Advanced SMG Barrel, Clip and Trigger and around 40 boxes of SMG ammo
El Padrino was carrying a sniper on his back

Jon asked for a Golden katana
K added the attachments to the Uzi and now it had 30 rounds, he tested out the recoil but couldn't notice much of a difference
K told everyone that they will take a different approach and not snitch on any Factions during the hearing

Murder Trial - Officer Romano

Mikey Mancuso requested a continuance for Nash which the Judge granted
They went over other motions for the case
K told the judge that he put a gun to Vinny's head and forced him to do the interview yesterday
The Judge ruled that Vinny's interview the day before was allowed to be used in court with conditions that if any rights were violated or if Vinny gave it against his will, it will be removed
The Judge also ruled that the photos Rick submitted on the docket would be removed from evidence but they would not stop the State from using the knowledge they acquired in the case
The Judge asked why Ramee wasn't present and K told him that Ramee overdosed on Fenugreek and was in the Hospital
K told Ricky if he went on the stand and said crazy shit about Cain that he would pay his perjury fine
The final motion for continuance was granted

K told the Judge they would not be showing up to another court date and they would go to Cayo to hide out
K left the courtroom, just as cars started blowing up outside
The PD tried to cuff K, but he managed to escape

K noticed that his heli was on the roof of MRPD
K and the boys** grabbed a heli from Vulture Sea & Air and flew to MRPD
They dropped off K and K got his heli back
K, Suarez, Zolo, Carmella and Urithrah robbed Bahama Mamas
K was wondering if H ever went to jail and asked Rick to send H's convictions
Rick sent it to K and he learned that Vinny was charged for 285 months, while H was sentenced for 35 months <:OMEGALUL:1130262577356734474>
K told Vinny how they planted a murder weapon on H during the raid

The Rangers showed up and K held them up
The Rangers put their hands up, so the group escaped successfully
The Rangers found CG after they sold the items, so everyone stripped so they wouldn't be recognized
Unfortunately, Croc showed up to the scene, so they had to evade
Suarez flipped the car in the Canals, but K found an unlocked PD truck and fled
Zolo & Hazel both ended up cuffed, but Suarez managed to get Zolo out
Mateo was running on foot, but K said he didn't want to come back with 3 units on him
Zolo saved Mateo who was running through the Scrap yard
K managed to escape and fed the PD truck to the Kraken
Trey called K and told him how he was shot ,while at Bahama Mamas, so Trey shot back
Trey realized after that it was Carmella, but he couldn't apologize because she blocked him
K called Padrino back since he called during the chase
Padrino told K that he had Ricky kidnapped and shot him down
- Ricky was claiming that K needed him for a court case
Padrino also told K about a Hades member was trying to join BB and was going to backstab Padrino
K mentioned the upcoming wedding for Ricky & La Jefa
- Padrino told K to let him know what the date for the wedding was, so he could make sure CG is geared up for it
Ellie gave K a CG chain that Tara Yaki gave her
Tara said a robot gave it to her

K let **Draco ** and Hades borrow his heli to scout MP for BB
K called Arya about the texts she received from Rosa Garcia
- He had her read the text to him and she read her using her Rosa impression
- Rosa text Arya to not trust Cain and that the RICO was for CG but Cain will change his tune once CG is back to liking him
K told Arya not to believe Rosa. Arya also asked K if he still wanted her to set up Tony and Rosa for him. He said of course
He told Arya not to mention the text messages from Rosa or share them with anyone
K called Taco and asked who was the racer he was going after and Taco told him that it was Eagle
- K spotted Eagle at Rusty's and called Taco
K told Dick that "There's going to be a brutal murder here" and **Dick ** just asked K not to do it at the shop
Cop spotted the AR on K's back and chased him from Rusty's
- K called Taco and told him Eagle was still there and he was drawing the cops away from the place
He radioed that he was being chased, so Zolo, Cau, Bobby Porter and Mateo went to help
- They were all able to escape from the cops
