Colt went through the SOP's and presented "The Bible" which is a cheat sheet for the SOP's
New rules for Prison Transports: they will only be approved for Court charges, 600+ months or multiple 300+ months warrants, 12 officers are allowed, 50 MPH on the transport max
Collecting forensics on a violent scene has been added to SOP's
New and clear SOP's for how to properly clear buildings
Shot books will be available for punishments of officers
New PD Vehicles are now available including the CaraCara, Sandstorm, VSTR and more
PD S Classes will become available when S class cars are in the city
PD will have to take courses to get access to the newer vehicles instead of restricting based on rank
- Courses will start with topics such as paralleling and comms
Colt said one of the biggest issues in PD is radio comms
13-A will now only be for incoming hostage situations against PD or extreme violent actions against PD and there must be an active threat against PD
Gang Shootout expectations will be changed after speaking with some Gang Leaders for their input
Strikes will be implemented on personal vehicles
SOP's will be made for exigent circumstances
Eg. If someone is extremely wanted, PD can go into that person's house to search for them
There will be SOP's created for PD & Lawyer interactions due to recent interactions

Ramee received a beautiful text from Big D to start the day

Peanut told Ramee that Zolo wanted to sell heli's to people regardless if they had licenses or not
Suarez called Ramee about his employment status at VL Sea & Air
Ramee told him he would only get the job if he admited that Ramee was a better pilot than him
Ramee and Peanut got pulled over by Harmony for speeding

After a successful stir Zolo called Ramee to talk to him about his idea
Ramee told him to get something written up
Ramee did a test drive of the Sea Sparrow but crashed it in the water
Ramee and Peanut brainstormed on how to handle the opening
They decided they would do Zolo's idea down the line, and only sell boats for now
Mr K came up with the idea to start the event with an Air Show
Ramee told the boys to let Douglas know he was not welcomed at the business

VLSea & Air Grand Opening

K took out helis for the boys while Ramee did the grand opening speech
Ramee introduced Evil Knevil leading the Airshow
Taco unfortunately blew up on the high speed landings
For the Grand Finale, Zolo, Peanut, & Ace stood on the side of one of the helis while K flew up
Ricky Rizz, Lo, Hutch, Sammy, Blade, Tara, & Dick Dudley and others also stood on the side

Due to lack of interest in boats, Evil Knevil showcased them to draw attention

Dick Hardigan was the first customer and asked for a Ruby Karambit and a Gold Cuban for $60k

Tara gave Ramee 12 metal plates, and he invited her to Jeweled Dragon and gave her a red karambit for helping him
Ramee modelled different chains for the Jeweled Dragon grand opening
Ramee showed Tara a large gold cuban chain, which she ended up buying
Ramee secured 7 sales before they ran out of stock
K put Ramee in charge of making melee weapons for Jeweled Dragon

Ramee still needed to pay Tara 15k, so he called a customer that was interested in buying a sailboat to sell it to him
Ramee went to VLSea and Air to sell the sailboat, where he ran into Draco
Draco asked to test drive the Havoc, and Ramee told him about the raffle for it
Ramee sold the sailboat for 162.5k, the guy put a 40k down payment with a 10 week loan

Ramee, K, Peanut, Zolo and Suarez flew to Cayo Perico to smuggle coke
The cops showed up to the smuggling call, so the boys shot at the cops to make them leave
The cops retreated and the boys successfully smuggled the bricks and escaped
Ramee, K, and Zolo met up with TK, the SMG connect
TK yapped a whole lot before the deal went down
They gave TK 16 metal plates, he told them he'd send his pilot to pick them up in a bit, and K told him 2 cocaine bricks would be waiting for him by then as well
Ramee, K, Zolo and Suarez did a jewelry store heist
They completed it successfully, and escaped the cops
Ramee told K that Tara wanted Tenshi gang chains, so K sent Ramee different chain variations to send to Tara
Ramee, K, and Zolo grabbed the cocaine bricks, and got picked up by a heli sent by TK
They flew to the Cargo Ship where they met TK
They gave TK two cocaine bricks, and he handed them enough supplies to make 2 Skorpions
Tk asked Ramee about the Longfin at VLSea and Air, and told him he was interested in buying it in the future
- Ramee told him if he smacked his ass he'd smack his and asked if he could hook them up with gutting knives for Jeweled Dragon
- TK told him he'd see what he could do and K invited him to check Jeweled Dragon next week
The boys went back to the Cubby where K crafted the skorpions for himself and Ramee, and gave his old skorpion to Zolo
Ramee brought Junior to Jeweled Dragon to get his chain
Ramee met with TK to make a Ruby Gutting Knife and an Emerald Gutting Knife
Ramee ended up having to pay $2k to make the knives
