He stated the probable causes he had, the warrant, the gun and the reasonable suspicion that Ramee did shoot at cops
Ramee replied with the fact that he wouldnt be able to shoot cops while applying an armor plate or a band aid
He stated that the warrant, at the time, got dropped because nobody in the city had a pilots license to fly, and that they didn’t identify him on scene taking a shot at cops
- He added that at the time there was no DOJ to argue his case and that Dante Valentino is not here as a witness

Judge Talon stated the case is going ahead and the motion to dismiss has been denied
